We are your local bike shop, owned by local people and adventurers, Laura and Don McKee. Laura and Don bought Ambridge Bike Shop in 2016 and have transformed it into one of the region’s best loved bike shops.
At SweetWater Bikes, we believe that riding bikes is the best way to connect with yourself, your friends and your family and experience adventures by bike. It’s outdoors, riding new and beloved places, that we find our highest purpose, our best selves and our true connections to nature and life.
Since 1976, we have been your local bike shop, helping to transform your life and build true community in Western PA and beyond. We feel fortunate to be located in Ambridge, a former steel-town undergoing revitalization with a strong community. We work hard to bring you the best bikes, accessories and apparel along with expert advice and repair service.
