Store Policies

New Bicycle Purchase

Due to the increases in cost of shipping, all new bicycles will incur a shipping charge depending on the bike manufacturer and/or supplier.  We are happy to take your trade-in bicycle towards a new bicycle.  Only 1 trade-in bicycle per 1 bicycle purchase.  We offer both in-store buy-back for older model bicycles using BicycleBlueBook.com as a reference.  We work with Pro's Closet for late model bicycles.  Please contact us or visit Pro's Closet for more information.

New Bicycle Adjustment

All new bicycles receive a FREE safety inspection and drivetrain tune within 60 days of purchase.  Please bring your new bicycle in within 60 days of purchase.  After 60 days of purchase, you will be charged regular prices for service work.

Used Bicycle Purchases

We're happy to provide pre-owned bicycles to our community.  Pre-owned bicycles do not come with a warranty.  

Used Bicycle Donations

We're proud to work with a local non-profit community organization that helps kids obtain bikes.  We accept used bicycle donations submitted by the bicycle owner.  A donation form for every bicycle donated must be filled out and signed by the bicycle owner.  We will not accept bicycles without this form.  Please do not leave bicycles outside the store.  Bicycles left outside the store will be recycled through a local non-profit community organization.  Contact the Store to obtain a Donation Form.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, except for bicycles, some gear and some components.  Most orders will be ready within 2-4 business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call, text or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Special Orders

We have access to thousands of components and gear and we're happy to order them for you.  If you need to order a bicycle or component, you may be asked to provide up a deposit of up to 50% and in some cases, full payment will be required prior to placing a Special Order.  We may every effort to obtain free shipping but in some cases we are unable to obtain free shipping, you will charged shipping plus a fee to cover credit card processing costs. Special Orders of bicycles are non-returnable.  Components may be returnable depending the supplier and/or manufacturer.  Any components that are returned must be returned in original, unused condition and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

Service Work

We make every attempt to provide fast, quality service on your bicycle.  Once your service work is completed, we call, text and/or email you that your service work has been completed.  All bicycles, components or gear brought into our Service department must be paid for and picked up within 30 days of completion.  All bicycles (paid or unpaid) left over 30 days will incur a $5 storage fee per day, per bicycle.  Bicycles (paid or unpaid) not picked up by December 20th of each calendar year will be donated to a local non-profit community organization.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Returns

For bicycles, we make every effort to ensure that you leave with a bicycle that fits you.  Bicycles, both new and pre-owned, are non-returnable.  If you are buying a gift for someone, we suggest purchasing a gift card.

For other products such as gear, you may return the product with original sales receipt if it's unworn or defective within 30 days of your purchase.  Merchandise if not defective that is worn cannot be returned.  If you do not have your sales receipt, your return will be processed as store credit only.  Cash returns are processed as checks payable to you and processed in 7-10 business.

For all special order and electronics such as trainers, GPS devices, cycling computers, there is a 15% re-stocking fee.

For service, such as custom wheel builds, tune-ups or other services are non-refundable.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any returns or orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
